第一章 总则

第一条 为弘扬中华优秀传统文化，传承中华古诗词经典，提升青少年语言表达能力和艺术素养，特举办“致敬薛涛”青少年中华古诗词朗诵大赛。

第二条 大赛以“致敬薛涛，诵读经典”为主题，旨在引导青少年感受中华古诗词的魅力，增强文化自信。

第三条 大赛遵循“公开、公平、公正”的原则，面向全国青少年开展。

第二章 组织机构

第四条 大赛设立组委会，负责大赛的组织领导工作。组委会下设办公室，负责大赛的日常事务。

第五条 大赛设立评委会，负责大赛的评审工作。评委会由著名语言艺术家、朗诵艺术家、教育专家等组成。

第三章 参赛对象及组别

第六条 参赛对象为全国范围内4-18周岁的青少年。
