The mountains of Ba and the waters of Shu have been charming since ancient times. The rivers of Sichuan surge forward, stirring the cultural heritage of thousand years; the fertile land of Tianfu nurtures talents for generations. Today, the "Art of the Sichuan River" breaks through the waves, just like the spring of the Jinjiang River, setting sail for the youth art! Do you know, gentlemen? The seeds of art are most suitable to sprout in the prime of youth Once upon a time, Wang Xianzhi practiced calligraphy at the age of seven, staining the pond with ink; Gongsun Dangniang' sword dance startled the four directions; Zhang Daqian's early copying and imitating eventually made him a master of his generation. Today, looking at our young people inongqing and Sichuan, some wield the brush and splash ink, some dance gracefully, some play the zither and flute, and some perform on stage—this the spring of art, the prime of youth! What is art? It is not only about skills, but the trembling of the soul and the soaring of life! art should be like a wild horse breaking free from the rein, not confined by conventions; like the rushing of a spring river, not bound by a single style. A dancer, is not only the rhythm of the limbs, but the freedom of emotions; a calligrapher or painter, it is not only the skill of the brush and ink, but reflection of the soul.
巴山蜀水，自古风流。川江奔腾，激荡千年文脉；天府沃土，滋养万代才情。今有《川江艺术》破浪而来，恰似锦江春色，为少年艺术之舟扬帆引航！
诸君可知？艺术之芽，最宜少年时萌发。昔有王献之七岁习字，墨染池塘；公孙大娘舞剑器，惊动四方；张大千少时临摹，终成一代宗师。今观我川渝少年，或挥毫泼墨，或翩跹起舞，或抚琴弄笛，或登台演剧——此乃艺术之春，青春之盛！
艺术何物？非仅技巧，乃心魂之震颤，生命之飞扬！少年之艺术，更当如野马脱缰，不囿成规；如春江奔涌，不拘一格。舞蹈者，非仅肢体之律动，乃情感之奔放；书画者，非仅笔墨之工拙，乃心灵之映照。
舞动山河，笔走龙蛇
舞蹈：身姿即诗，舞步成文
少年舞者，踏歌而行！观尔等练功房里汗湿衣衫，舞台上眸若星辰，便知艺术之真谛——不在掌声，而在热爱；不在奖杯，而在坚持。
犹记去年川渝青少年舞蹈大赛，一群少年演绎《巴蜀踏歌》，赤足击鼓，衣袂翻飞，竟将千年蜀韵舞得酣畅淋漓！台下观者无不击节，叹曰：“此非舞蹈，乃巴蜀之魂也！”
舞蹈之道，贵在神韵。敦煌飞天，飘逸若仙；彝族火把，热烈如焰；现代街舞，自由似风。少年舞者，当不拘一格，融古铸今，方成自家气象！
书画：墨香入骨，笔意传神
少年执笔，落纸云烟！书法非仅横竖撇捺，乃心性之修炼；绘画非仅色彩线条，乃天地之观照。
曾见一少年，临《兰亭序》三年不辍，终得飘逸之姿；又见一小女，画川西雪山，竟以水彩泼出磅礴之势。此二者，皆因痴而入道，因爱而成艺。
书画之妙，在于“意到笔随”。王羲之醉书《兰亭》，张旭狂草惊风雨，八大山人白眼向天——皆因胸有块垒，不得不发！少年习艺，亦当如此：不拘泥于形似，而求神采飞扬。
艺术即人生，少年即未来
艺术非空中楼阁，乃生活之升华。少年习艺，非为成名成家，而为涵养性情，磨砺意志。
君不见——
学舞者，日日苦练，方知“台上一分钟，台下十年功”；
习字者，临帖千遍，才悟“字如其人，心正则笔正”；
绘画者，观察万物，终得“外师造化，中得心源”。
此中艰辛，唯实践者知之；此中乐趣，亦唯实践者享之！
更妙者，艺术能通古今、贯中西。少年习艺，既能承传统之精髓，又可开时代之新风。譬如：
以街舞演绎川剧变脸，岂非妙哉？
用水墨表现科幻星河，岂不壮哉？
将民乐融入电子节奏，岂非潮哉？
艺术无边界，少年无极限！
寄语少年：以艺修身，以美育人
《川江艺术》创刊，非为说教，而为点燃——点燃少年心中那团艺术之火！
愿诸君：
舞者，如江流奔涌，不拘一格；
画者，如蜀山巍峨，气象万千；
书者，如巴风浩荡，笔走龙蛇。
艺术之路，道阻且长，然少年热血，足以化崎岖为坦途！他日回首，必当欣慰——青春不曾虚度，艺术照亮人生！
